I finally got my CD back from the museum! This is the painting/digital artwork that gave me the trip to Washington D.C and won first place in the Congressional Awards. Can't believe Im going to Nationals. *Sits in the moment*

Made this when my mom was in the hospital.

I like this piece. I really do. So much different then what I usually do but this was for an art show. So I decided I give it a shot. Like I said before, I can do realistic I just choose not to, its not my thing but I do love it! Love looking at it and going WOW! How do these people do it? HOW?!

This piece is called "Moment" as you can tell by the title above :B Basically its a rough pencil sketch, then I scanned it and did pretty much everything on PS. You can still sorta see the pencil behind the color. I like that effect. The secrets about this pic is when choosing a texture for his sweater I used the craters of the moon. Which no one ever notices BUT ITS THERE! Another thing you might notice is that the name on the glass there is actually my screen name backwards "N S J SLEEP" Heh heh. I gonna put subliminal messages into the congress mens heads with my name Har Har.

So this will be shipped to Washington's Capitol. OMG! and will be there for one year. Which is awesome and an honor I guess.

Someone has already offered to buy it! How exciting is that?!

I wanna say so much about this picture.....but I wont you guys can use your own god for saken imagination.

Anyways, enjoy this piece cause it was sure fun to do.

I think I actually got here before this piece appeared in m inbox, heh. It's an amazing piece, and definitely deserving of the honor it was given. It is very different, but it's fun to see stuff like that from time to time, keeps things varied. I love the mood, and the texture of it, especially with all the blurs and other photo-realistic textures in it too. I like his pose too and the fact that he's alone. Lots of symbolism too. Excellent piece, and again, congrats!

Pretty.

Glad to see the stuffed shirts don't completely outnumber the cool people in DC.

Way to go!

It's so edgy and unbelievably creative. At first I couldn't believe you did something like that on PS. It looks so canvassy... It's got a strangely deep feel to it. I applaud you, stranger, for a job well done!
